App Privacy Policy

For the iOS apps published by Ramapuram Palanivel UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains how our apps handle information. It applies to the iOS and iPadOS applications we publish on the Apple App Store.

In short: Our apps do not collect personal data that identifies you. We collect only anonymous usage statistics and technical diagnostics — such as crash reports — to fix problems and improve the app. This information is not linked to your identity, and we have no way to connect it back to you as an individual. We do not use it to track you, and we do not sell or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

1. Who is responsible

The party responsible for these apps and for the data handling described here is:

Ramapuram Palanivel UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

Hilde-Domin-Straße 2
69126 Heidelberg
Germany
Represented by the Managing Director: Nivetha Ramapuram Palanivel
E-mail: hello@ramapurampalanivel.de

2. Data we do not collect

Our apps are built to work without knowing who you are. We do not ask for or collect:

You are not required to create an account or sign in to use the app.

3. Data we collect

To keep the app working well and to decide what to improve, we collect a limited amount of technical information in a form that is not tied to your identity:

Anonymous usage data

Aggregated, anonymous information about how the app is used — for example which features are opened and general interaction patterns. This helps us understand what is useful and where the app can be better. It cannot be traced back to you as a person.

Diagnostics

If the app crashes or does not behave as expected, we receive technical diagnostic information such as crash logs, error and performance data, the device model, and the operating-system version. This helps us find and fix bugs.

4. How this data is collected

This information is gathered through the app's built-in analytics and crash-reporting tools, including the analytics and diagnostics features provided by Apple. Where Apple's tools are used, data is shared with us only if you have allowed it on your device, and it reaches us in an aggregated form that is not connected to your Apple ID, name, or a device identifier we could link to you.

5. How we use this data

We use the information described above solely to:

We do not use this data to build a profile of you, to advertise to you, or to track you across other apps, websites, or services.

6. App Store privacy labels and third parties

In the terminology used by Apple's App Store privacy labels, the information described here is treated as Data Not Linked to You and is Not Used to Track You.

To operate the app we rely on Apple's app-distribution and diagnostics infrastructure as a service provider. Where any third party processes technical data on our behalf, we require it to protect that data to at least the same standard set out in this policy and to use it only for the purposes we specify. We do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep diagnostic and usage data only as long as it is needed for the purposes above, after which it is deleted or retained only in aggregated form that cannot be traced to any device. Because the data we collect is not linked to your identity, we are not able to locate, export, or delete information relating to one specific person.

You can stop sharing Apple-provided analytics with developers at any time on your device under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

8. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, a simple message to the contact address above is enough.

Please note that, because the data described in this policy is anonymous and cannot be connected to you, we are generally unable to identify data relating to you specifically and therefore cannot act on such data on an individual basis.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is:

Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg
Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany
www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de

9. Children

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 12, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will address it.

10. Contact

If you have any question about this policy or how our apps handle data, contact us at hello@ramapurampalanivel.de.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy whenever changes to our apps or to the applicable law make it necessary. The current version published on this page always applies.
